Arredondo Pointe is located one mile from Charlotte Sports Complex where the Tampa Bay Rays spend spring training season and 6 miles from the Atlanta Braves Spring Training. Port Charlotte is in-between Englewood (West and North) and Punta Gorda (South).  Port Charlotte is also the home to many golf courses ranked “Third Best Place to Live and Play Golf in America” by Golf Digest. Charlotte County is frequently the warmest location in the continental U.S. on any given day from November to February. For the past three years, Punta Gorda, located in Charlotte County had the highest temperatures for 41 days beating out more well-known destinations like Miami, Naples, and even Key Largo.
